How we work

We are looking for partners, not purchase orders.

We do not take every project. The ones we take, we take as a partner in the outcome — which usually means we carry part of the delivery risk, and share in the value that gets created.

Partner, not contractor

Where the case is right, we co-invest and share in the value created. It is the only arrangement in which our incentives and yours point the same way.

Business first, technology second

An architecture the business cannot understand, sell and run will stall. We start from the commercial model and the operating process, then design the system.

Part of our work is building for clients; part is building for ourselves. Three independent brands have come out of this team — in digital media, health technology and consumer services. They are where our assumptions about product, pricing and operations get tested with real money.

EEG brain-mapping platform for clinicians: acquisition hardware, analysis software and expert interpretation reporting.

A two-sided services marketplace connecting Iranians abroad with vetted specialists caring for their families at home.

International

One foot in the domestic market, one in the global one.

The group maintains an active office in Europe. That gives our partners two things: a route to bring Iranian-built intellectual property to international markets, and international engineering and market experience fed back into products built for the domestic market.
